Project Information
As Experience Lead for the 2024 Verizon consumer website redesign, I led research and strategy to streamline shopping and checkout, aiming to boost conversions and improve user satisfaction. The core problem was a fragmented, outdated experience with complex navigation and minimal personalization. Our work resulted in simplified flows, AI-driven recommendations, and responsive designs tested through user research.
