Optimum's streaming add-on experience, run by a third-party vendor, had too many screens, a useless tab nav, and confusing copy. Working with in-house PMs and developers, and within legal, brand, and stakeholder constraints, I redesigned it with clearer plan cards, a single confirmation step, and accordions that keep everything on one page. I also simplified the copy and created partner guidelines so new services fit without a redesign. The result: fewer screens and fewer clicks.
